Proprietor Paul Darlington, a qualified solicitor and accredited Bikeability instructor, has a diverse history, including founding Cycle-Aid and Cycle-SOS, the Cyclists’ National Helpline, has organized and led a trans-DRC (Zaire) expedition, trekked up to 21,000’ in Himalaya, competed in motorsport for 5 decades and co-driven a British National Rally Champion.
Cosy holiday accommodation
We have a full library of OS Maps, Cycling and Motor Sport literature (to end all those arguments) from over 5 decades and a catalogue of cycling, motoring and legal anecdotes should you become bored.
Our name derives from the local area around Leighton Beck. We have no connection, save geographical, with Leighton Hall, one of the local stately homes.
